Zaib returns with another episode on (somewhat) deep thinking and this time to talk about the moral dilemmas that surround Mountain climbing as a sport/recreational activity in the light of the sad disappearance and untimely demise of Muhammad Ali Sadpara, John Snorri Sigurjónsson and Juan Pablo Mohr Prieto while ascending K2.
Zaib goes through the intentions and rationale behind mountain climbing and how it has a novelty associated with it but with it also countering arguments that make it seem like a wasteful adventure. Zaib takes a deep dive into the activity and tries to reach a conclusion whether or not Mountain Climbing should be considered a celebrated human expedition.

As the #shiagenocide of the #hazara community continues in Pakistan even in 2021, Zaib leans on this terrible incident to address a bigger and wider issue concerning Privilege.
The idea that large segments of society, anywhere, instead of becoming an ally to the oppressed minority, use the opportunity to showcase their (delusional) nationalistic fervor, garbed inside a "wholistic viewpoint" approach causes Zaib to address and try and dissect the idea of Privilege.
